CLAWA offers advocacy, networking and continuing professional development for criminal lawyers in Western Australia.
Members have the opportunity to comment on and shape submissions to the government on proposed law reform that relates directly or indirectly to criminal law.
As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CLAWA is endeavouring to keep members and the broader legal fraternity informed of changes in court procedure that affect the operations of the Supreme, District, Childrens & Magistrates Courts in Western Australia.
Lawyers who would like to receive those updates can sign up to receive our circulars at no charge.
We have a directory of criminal lawyers that can act for you and help you.
